1. Delivery

We use Royal Mail for delivery. Delivery cost is dependant on product weight. Delivery is expected within 2-5 business days, excluding bank holidays and national holidays.

2. Made-to-Measure Products

Due to the custom nature of our made-to-measure products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or does not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.

3. Ready-Made Products

For our ready-made products, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or not as described.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original product and place a new order.

7. Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
