- Delivery and Installation: We will deliver and/or install your products as agreed upon at the time of purchase. Delivery and installation fees will be charged separately.
- Returns and Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds on made-to-measure products, as they are custom-made for each customer. For ready-made products, we will accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.
- Product Warranties: Our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. Any defects must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.

Price matching terms and conditions:
